I work in the business world and at times my life can feel very stressful. At the end of the day I would go to the gym to workout as stress relief. There were times where I was too tired and started skipping and I would end up just feeling miserable and more stressed out. This would lead to excess eating and other unhealthy practices.
So I came up with a healthy solution that only takes 25 minutes a day. When I first heard of meditation I thought it was weird and said I am not doing it. But one day I tried it and have not looked back. The best part about meditation is that it can be done anywhere. There is also no wrong way to meditate. Its all about making your mind and body being at piece and overall relaxation.
When meditating I recommend breathing control and very low lit areas. I prefer indoor, quiet, warm locations, but that is just my preference. Meditation can be conducted alone or in groups. I suggest trying all different forms of meditation until you find something you are comfortable with. I wish you the best of luck with it.
